St. Mary's Police Arrest Three Alleged Drug Dealers


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 28, 2007) Police in St. Mary's County this week arrested three alleged drug dealers after seeking and receiving indictments through the St. Mary's County Grand Jury.

Wayne Mitchell Thomas Jr., 27, of Dickerson Road, Abell, Md., was arrested. Thomas was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine and Conspiracy to obtain Cocaine.

Louis Darnell Parker, 35, of Dement Lane in California, Md. The two count indictment for Possession of Cocaine and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine was served this week and a "No Bond" status was ordered.

Terrence Ryan Warren, 23, of Annapolis Woods Road, Welcome, Md. Warren was arrested and served with the one count indictment charging Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute.

Wayne Mitchell Thomas Jr., 27, of Dickerson Road, Abell, Md., was arrested. Thomas was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine and Conspiracy to obtain Cocaine. Thomas will be arraigned before the St. Mary's County Circuit Court.

Police say that another unnamed suspect also faces charges in the alleged conspiracy.

The second indictment was for Louis Darnell Parker, 35, of Dement Lane in California, Md. The two count indictment for Possession of Cocaine and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine was served this week and a "No Bond" status was ordered.

The third indictment was for Terrence Ryan Warren, 23, of Annapolis Woods Road, Welcome, Md. Warren was arrested and served with the one count indictment charging Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. He has posted bond and is awaiting trial.

All of the cases were handled by the St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Division. The Division is an investigative team comprised of Detectives from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1, 2007.
