LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 10:40 pm, Samuel Lee Montgomery, 36, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC Grimes for disorderly conduct in the 21000 block of Lexwood Court in Lexington Park. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 9:00 pm, Curtis William Johnson, 18, of Brandywine was arrested by TFC Rossignol at Maryland International Raceway (MIR) for 2nd degree assault, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Mr. Johnson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
CDS: On Sunday, August 26, 2007 at 12:30 pm, Walter Jerome Ford, Sr., 42, of Park Hall and Kenneth Richard Winters, 49, of Lexington Park were arrested by Tpr. Pilkerton for possession of cocaine and possession of CDS paraphernalia. They were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
VEHICLE THEFT: On Monday, August 27, 2007 at 11:41 am, TFC Rezza responded to a reported theft from a motor vehicle which occurred in the 44000 block of Clarkes Landing Road in Hollywood. Contact was made with the male complainant who advised unknown suspect(s) took a black/silver Uniden Radar Detector, a Craftsman 18 volt cordless drill from the vehicle and assorted change. Total loss is $210.50. Neighborhood checks have been performed and the investigation continues.
MOWER THEFT: On Monday, August 27, 2007 at 1:04 pm, TFC Rezza responded to a reported theft over $500 in the 37000 block of Chaptico Road in Chaptico. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant and she advised unknown suspect(s) removed a red 2005 Sears riding mower during the period of August 1 - 27, 2007. Neighborhood checks have been performed and the investigation continues.
CDS: On Monday, August 27, 2007 at 11:24 pm, Angelina Grace Ciampo, 26, of Mechanicsville was arrested by TFC Linger for possession of Cocaine, possession of Heroin, possession of Methadone and possession of CDS paraphernalia. She was also charged with driving while her driving privileges are suspended. Ms. Ciampo was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Friday, August 24, 2007 at 10:25 am, Joyce A. Fletcher, 27, of District Heights was arrested by Prince Georges County PD in Oxon Hill on a Bench Warrant (T3-12721) for Failing to Pay Fine to the District Court in Leonardtown. The original charge was possession of Marijuana. She was taken to the Court Commissioner in Prince Georges County and held pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Monday, August 27, 2007 at 7:35 pm, Billi Jean Cartwright, 39, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC Nims in Mechanicsville on a Bench Warrant (T3-12971) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown. The original charge was Theft Scheme Over $500. She was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 12:10 am, Daniel Webster Armstrong, 32, of Green Castle, PA was arrested in Hagerstown on a Bench Warrant (T3-12441) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 4, 2006. The original charge was driving while suspended on an out of state license. He was taken before the Court Commissioner and held pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 2:30 am, Raymond Venson Rainwater, 27, of Mechanicsville was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans in Leonardtown on a Charles County Arrest Warrant (T3-13010). The original charge was Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle. He was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
