LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
On 07/16/07 Deputy Michael Boyer was on patrol in the Lexington Park area of St. Mary's County when he observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Midway Drive and Enterprise Drive. When Deputy Boyer stopped to investigate he identified the driver, Darrian Lorenzo Johnson (Age 20 of St. Inigoes). A strong odor of burnt marijuana was coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana was located. A juvenile was also in the vehicle in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Johnson was placed under arrest and the juvenile was charged and released to his parents.
On 07/22/07 Corporal Christopher Morley responded to the Valley Court area of Lexington Park for a domestic disturbance. His investigation revealed that David Andrew Spears, Jr. (Age 20 of Great Mills) had assaulted his former girlfriend. Spears was arrested and charged with assault.
On 07/22/07 Deputy David Cowan responded to a domestic assault in the Great Mills area. His investigation revealed that Jonathan Robert Robinson (Age 36 of Great Mills) assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.
On 07/23/07 Deputy Kristi Nelson arrested Patience Nicole Simms (Age 28 of Piney Point) on a Bench Warrant issued by the District Court for St. Mary's County for Failing to Appear in Court to face the charge of Driving a Motor Vehicle While Having a Suspended Lic.

On 07/16/07 John Franklin Turner (Age 62 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Keith Moritz.
On 07/21/07 Michael Allen Harris (Age 20 of Newburg) was arrested by Deputy Somar Clark.
On 07/19/07 Nick Bennett (Age 48 of Lusby) was arrested by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach.
On 07/20/07 Kevin Scott Frick (Age 40 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach.
On 07/20/07 Joseph Michael Sweatmon (Age 27 of St. Inigoes) was arrested by Deputy Brian Connelly.
