LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Victor Levi Thomas Jr. (Age 25 of Leonardtown) was arrested by Deputy Michael Boyer for Driving under the Influence.
Benjamin Ricardo Bowling (Age 47 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Driving under the Influence.
The following suspects were charged on a Criminal Summons for passing worthless checks:
* Marianne Denise Rushing (Age 23 of Lexington Park) Check valued at more than $23.00.
* Tanya Elizabeth Britt-Moore (Age 32 of Lexington Park) Check valued at $20.00.
* Gail Marie Woodburn (Age 45 of Leonardtown) Check valued at $30.00.
Benjamin Page Sewell (Age 45 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Michael Worrey after a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that Suspect Sewell struck the victim during a verbal dispute. A check revealed that there was a Criminal Summons awaiting the suspect for Property Destruction that involved the same victim.
Richard Henry Underwood (Age 51 of California, Md.) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Eric Walker for being found in possession of a Crack Cocaine Smoking Device.
Sheane David Ambos (Age 22 of Great Mills) was charged by Deputy McCoy with a Criminal Summons for a Circuit Court appearance on the charges of Burglary and Theft.
John Francis Tippett (Age 31 of Leonardtown) was charged with Assault Second Degree by Deputy Shaun Carberry. Suspect Tippett struck the female victim several times with a closed fist.
Carlton Eugene Baldwin (Age 23 of Lusby) was charged with stealing more than $141.00 from a California Convenience Store. Deputy David Goff was the charging Deputy.
Shaun Robert Burns (Age 26 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Corporal Christopher Morley for Driving under the Influence. Further search revealed a quantity of marijuana and a related smoking device.
Paul Arthur McGinty (Age 20 of Lexington Park) was stopped for an equipment violation by Deputy Eric Walker. The vehicle tags were found to be suspended as well as Suspect McGinty's privileged to drive. He was arrested and found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Marla Kay Faith William (Age 18 of Lexington Park) was the front seat passenger and a quantity of marijuana was located inside a diaper bag at her feet. She to was arrested.
Charles Stanley Carpenter Jr. (Age 21 of Leonardtown) was arrested by Deputy Kevin Meyer after a vehicle stop. Suspect Carpenter was found in possession of several controlled prescription drugs, marijuana, related smoking devices and a pair of brass knuckles.
Donald Alan Johnson (Age 23 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for being in possession of stolen Maryland Registration Plates from Anne Arundel County. Deputy Robert Gill was the arresting Deputy.
Joseph Alton Bailey III (Age 40 of Hollywood, Md.) was arrested for Failure to Pay Child Support by Deputy Michael Harrison.
Bradley Leon Hall (Age 31 of Drayden) was arrested on an open warrant for Malicious Burning. The arrest was made by Deputy J. Kirkner.
