LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Tiffany Brosch Parsley (Age 21 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Theft under $100.00. Deputy Edward Evans was the charging Deputy. The suspect stole clothing from a California Department Store.
Carter Ray Hamlet (Age 43 of California, Md.) was arrested for Failure to Appear in the Circuit Court related to Child Support. Deputy Milton Pesante was the arresting Deputy.
Dale Christopher Hawkins (Age 49 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Milton Peasant for Failure to Pay Child Support.
Russell Allen Randall (Age 26 of Lexington Park) was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. The indictment was obtained by the BCI Narcotics Unit and served by Deputy Michael Harrison.
Steven Allen Brooks (Age 19 of Hollywood, Md.) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Nelson.
Deputy David Yingling served a Criminal Summons on Jason Dallas Collins (Age 20 of Mechanicsville) for Assault Second Degree.
Nicole Lynn Tippett (Age 20 of California) was charged on a Criminal Summons with Assault Second Degree by Deputy David Yingling.
Aloysius Sylvester Herbert (Age 42 of No Fixed Address) was arrested by Deputy Keith Moritz for Trespass, Assault and various other charges. Suspect Herbert was arrested for shouting profanities at a Lexington Park hotel.
Antoine Leonard Mackall (Age 18 of Lusby) was arrested for a Failure to Appear warrant. The original warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's related to a Sexual Offense. Deputy Brian Connelly was the arresting Deputy.
Kenneth Lee Lagana Jr. (Age 21 of Hollywood, Md.) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Property Destruction. Suspect Lagana Jr. damaged the parking lot of the Hollywood Shores Beach. Deputy Jason Graves.
Michael Anthony Sims (Age 19 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Timothy Reese for Violation of a Protective Order.
Robert Francis Perry (Age 63 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Boyer for trespass. Deputy Boyer located the suspect on the premises of a business that had previously ordered him to stay away.
Peggy Lynn Jones (Age 33 of Lexington Park) was arrested for Failure to Pay Child Support by Deputy Robert Russell.
Jeremy Thomas Clarke (Age 19 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy Robert Merritt for Failure to Appear in a Charles County District Court case.
Harold Christopher Garner (Age 48 of Lusby) was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Failure to comply with an Order of the Court.
Kurt Anthony Miller (Age 31 of Valley Lee, Md.) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Theft under $500.00.
Elijah Jerome Harrod (Age 20 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Andrew Holton. Suspect Harrod entered a Lexington Park Grocery Store with three (3) of his own plastic bags, gathered items and attempted to leave the store without paying. He was charged with Theft under $100.00.
Michele Delores Lengel (Age 46 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Boyer for passing a worthless check. The check was valued at more than $56.00.
