St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

Deputy Zorana Sipos encountered suspect Barbara Ann Myers (Age 40 of No Fixed Address) in a Lexington Park neighborhood, intoxicated and acting disorderly. She refused to cease her actions and was arrested.

Devon Antonio Durant (Age 19 of Callaway) was charged on a Criminal Summons through the Charles County Circuit Court with numerous counts to include Felony Burglary, Theft and Conspiracy. Deputy Shawn Carberry was the charging Deputy.

Corporal Mark Clark charged William Clayton Glenn (Age 33 of Great Mills) with Driving While Intoxicated.

Deputy Shawn Carberry served a Criminal Summons on John Hays Moore IV (Age 40 of Unknown Address) for Failure to Perform Contracted Work and Acting as a Contractor without a License. Suspect Moore took more than $10,000.00 for a Home Improvement Contract and failed to complete the work.

Lester Roland Rackey Jr. (Age 30 of Bryans Road Md.) was arrested after stealing more than $650.00 worth of Controlled Prescription medication from a California Pharmacy. Deputy Marci Faulkner made the arrest for both Felony and Misdemeanor Violations.

Eileen Jackson-Day (Age 39 of No Fixed Address) was arrested after she became disorderly and shoved a newspaper stand into a window of a Lexington Park business. The window was broken and is valued at $200.00.

Rasheda Kion Herbert (Age 19 of Leonardtown) was charged by Deputy Margret Smolarsky for stealing $36.00 worth of clothes from a California Department Store.

Stephen Bernard Guy (Age 46 of Loveville) was arrested by Deputy Shawn Carberry for Escape Second Degree.

Sherry Lynn King (Age 31 of California) was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Failure to Appear.

Steven Wayne Carter (Age 48 of Lexington Park) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Marci Faulkner.
