St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

The following Suspects were arrested for Drug related offense:

Gary Timothy Greene (Age 40 of Lexington Park) Possession of Crack Cocaine-Deputy Robert Merritt.

Casey Woodrow Conley Allan (Age 21 of Tall Timbers) was found to be in possession of marijuana and a related smoking device after his arrest for driving while intoxicated by Deputy Eric Walker.

Paul Walter Jenkins (Age 33 of Lusby, Md.) was arrested for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute and other misdemeanor charges. Deputy David Corcoran.

The following Suspects were charged with passing Bad Checks:

Alex Edward Serrano (Age 21 of Lexington Park) $33.85-Deputy Brain Connelly.

Ronald Sylvester Thomas (Age 51 of Lexington Park) $70.00-Deputy Brian Connelly.

Osie Mae Shade (Age 48 of Lexington Park) $47.03-Deputy Marci Faulkner.

Lisa Leanne Fenwick (Age 46 of Leonardtown) $650.00-Deputy Timothy White.

Pamela Sue West (Age 28 of Clements) $40.14-Deputy Sarah Lacey.

Taunya Franswan Greenwell (Age 42 of Lexington Park) $25.00.

Kenneth Phillip Oliver (Age 52 of Mechanicsville) $150.00-Deputy James Molitor.

Kayla Latoya Berry (Age 23 of Lexington Park) $109.43- Sgt. Christopher Medved.

The following Suspects were arrested through open warrants:

Kristin Nichole Artes (Age 22 of Lusby) Violation of Probation (Charles Co.) Deputy Kevin Meyer.

Julio Ovidio Iraheta-Rivas (Age 26 of Greenbelt, Md.) Failure to Appear (Montgomery Co.) Deputy Eva Snyder.

Eileen Day-Jackson (Age 39 of No Fixed Address) Failure to Pay Child Support (Charles Co.) Deputy Timothy Reese.

Jerod Adam Taylor (Age 22 of Lexington Park) Assault Second Degree and Reckless Endangerment. Suspect Taylor was involved in a domestic dispute and retrieved a shotgun. He went outside in and fired one (1) round. Deputy William Watters conducted the investigation and Deputy Patrick Handy made the arrest.

Richard Alvin Nolan (Age 44 of Leonardtown) Two (2) warrants for Failure to Pay Child Support.

Lloyd Horace Brothers (Age 42 of Lexington Park) and Felicia Danille Butler-Brooks (Age 35 of Lexington Park) were arrested after an Indictment was secured by members of the BCI Criminal Unit. The warrants were for Accessory After the fact and Hindering. Those warrants were served by Deputy David Goff.

Ashly Dawn Shorback (Age 19 of Lexington Park) Failure to Appear-Deputy Shawn Carberry.

Mary Maxine White (Age 42 of Lexington Park) Failure to Pay Child Support (Calvert Co.) Deputy David Corcoran.

Michael Wade Blackistone (Age 24 of Lexington Park) Violation of Probation-Deputy Timothy Reese.

Barbara Ann Myers (Age 40 of Great Mills) Failure to Appear-Deputy Michael George.

Stephen Bernard Guy (Age 46 of Laurel, Md.) Escape First Degree-Deputy Timothy White.

The following Suspects were arrested for Alcohol Driving related offenses:

Carlos Alberto Morales (Age 39 of Temple Hills, Md.) Deputy Brian Connelly.

Robert Mark Gentry (Age 47 of Mechanicsville) Repeat offender-Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach.

Darron Lee Maloney (Age 39 of Lusby,Md.) Deputy Megan Shreiner.

Jennifer Sue Defries (Age 35 of Lexington Park) Deputy Timothy Butler.

Christopher Mark Kemp (Age 27 of Mechanicsville) Repeat Offender-Deputy Joseph Somerville.

Vernall Theresa Jefferson (Age 42 of Lexington Park) Deputy Kevin Meyer.

Amanda Elizabeth Davis (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) Deputy David Corcoran.

Additional Patrol Division Arrests:

Claude David Miller (Age 30 of Leonardtown) was charged with Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender. The investigation was conducted by Detective William Raddatz of the BCI Criminal Unit and served by Deputy Somar Clark.

Deputy Michael Harrison charged Christopher Lee Struble (Age 25 of Lexington Park) with a Criminal Summons to appear in the Circuit Court related to a Second Degree Child Abuse offense.

Deputy Kevin Meyer identified Michael Lamar Wasilow II (Age 41 of Scotland, Md.) and Robert Charles Tipton (Age 35 of California, Md.) as being involved in stealing from a California Department Store. The items, valued at $110.00, were recovered from a Scotland, Maryland home. Both Suspects were charged with Theft under $500.00.
