St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

Deputy William Waters charged Billie Ann Perez (Age 28 of Lexington Park) on a Criminal Summons for Violation of a Protective Order.

Deputy Martin Mumper charged Antonio Washington Paige (Age 19 of Mechanicsville) on a Criminal Summons with Possession of Marijuana and related Paraphernalia.

Jenny Renee Hicks (Age 22 of Lexington Park) was charged by Deputy Margaret Smolarsky on a Criminal Summons with Violation of a Protective Order.

James Edward Young (Age 67 of Great Mills) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender. Deputy Michael George was the charging Deputy.

Crystal Marie Grube (Age 34 of Scotland, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Michael George for False Statement. It was revealed that Suspect Grube had reported she was a victim of a crime when in fact her report was false.

Sheriff's Deputy Marci Faulkner responded to the reported theft at a California Store. A description was given and the suspect was located on a public transportation bus. He was detained and identified as Wallace James Thacker (Age 39 of Great Mills). A wanted check revealed he was wanted through Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack. The stolen items, valued at more than $190.00, were recovered and returned to the store.

Deputy Margaret Smolarsky responded to the reported domestic dispute in Lexington Park. Upon arrival the victim was located and found to be suffering from a head injury. She refused medical treatment and suspect John Frank Armour (Age 23 of Lexington Park) was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault.

Darrell Duane Jones Jr. (Age 28 of Lexington Park) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace. Deputy John Loalbo found the suspect cursing and attempting to intimidate random citizens into a physical altercation. Suspect Jones Jr. was intoxicated.

Deputy Patrick Handy arrested Tamika Rochelle Young for Disorderly Conduct. She was acting disorderly as her roommate was trying to pack her belongings to move out. Suspect Young refused to adhere to the warnings to cease her actions.

Deputy Eva Snyder conducted an investigation into an employee theft at a California Department Store. The investigation revealed that the suspect, Katie Marie Parrish (Age 20 of Ridge, Md) was stealing from the business. Suspect Parrish, who is an employee of the business, stole more than $3,300.00 since January 2007. She was arrested and charged with the felony Theft Scheme over $500.00.

Anthony George Orris (Age 54 of Baltimore, Md) was arrested on an open Charles County District Court warrant for carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. The arresting Deputy was Sarah Lacey.

Christopher John Iman (Age 22 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Michael George for Failure to Appear in the District Court of Harford County, Maryland.

Derrick Rahman Medley (Age 22 of Great Mills) was arrested for Failure to Pay Child Support by Deputy Randall Wood.

Dennis Robin White (Age 47 of Dowell, Md) was arrested for Failure to Appear for a Child Support Hearing. The arresting Deputy was Milton Pesante.

Deputy Zorana Sipos arrested Keith Raymond Savoy (Age 21 of Park Hall) was arrested for Failure to Appear in the District Court for St. Mary's County.

Jason Russell Labille (Age 33 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for two (2) counts of Violation of a Protective Order. The warrant was through the Calvert County District Court and served by Deputy Zorana Sipos.

Ofori Holmes (Age 25 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy J. Kirkner on an outstanding Grand Jury Indictment for Drug and Weapons Violations. The original investigation was conducted by the BCI Narcotics Division.

Maureen Ann Owens (Age 41 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy D.M. Milam.

Mary Christine Keller (Age 44 of Lusby, Md) was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by Deputy Anthony Whipkey. She is a repeat offender.

Wilmont Drudy Snell (Age 63 of Pickerington, Ohio) was arrested by Deputy John Logalbo, for Driving While Intoxicated. He is a repeat offender.

Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach served a Criminal Summons on Suspect Charles William Ward (Age 25 of Leonardtown) was charged with Possession of marijuana and a related smoking device.

Lieutenant Daniel Alioto was off duty when he encountered two (2) suspects acting suspiciously in a Lexington Park apartment complex. Further investigation revealed the two suspects; Terrill Xavier Butler (Age 20 of Lexington Park) and Brandon Girard Allen (Age 19 of Lexington Park) were in the process of smoking marijuana. A quantity of marijuana was recovered from inside the vehicle.
