LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
CRIMINAL SUMMONS
Stanley Newton Carey (Age 55 of Fort Washington, Md.) was charged by Deputy Jamie Reithmeyer with passing a worthless check. The check was valued at more than $93.00.
Jessica Cynthia McFarland (Age 30 of Lexington Park) was charged by Deputy William Watters for passing a worthless check in the amount of more than $32.00.
Brandon Ashley Reinfield (Age 20 of Hollywood, Md.) was charged by Deputy Michael Worrey for Assault Second Degree.
Ashley Elizabeth Bonds (Age 18 of Lexington Park) was charged by Deputy J. Kirkner for stealing more than $170.00 worth of clothing from a California, Md. Department Store.
WARRANTS:
Michael Anthony Somerville Jr. (Age 23 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Michael Worrey for Failure to Pay Child Support.
John Raymond Milburn (Age 26 of Callaway) was arrested by Deputy William Rishel for Failure to Pay Child Support.
Ricky Ricardo Barnes (Age 42 of St. Inigoes, Md.) was arrested by Deputy William Rishel for Failure to Appear.
Craig Andrew Kennedy (Age 42 of California, Md.) was arrested for Second Degree Escape-Failure to Report, by Deputy William Rishel.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED:
Richard Eugene Edwards (Age 73 of Hurlock, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Harold D. Young.
Claude William Peterson Jr. (Age 52 of Port Tobacco) was arrested by Deputy Sarah Lacey. Peterson's license has been revoked since 1983 and he has at least two (2) prior alcohol related driving offenses.
Miguel Garay-Salguero (Age 29 of California, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Brian Connelly.
Marilyn Ann Martone (Age 21 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Michael Worrey.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Cecelia Marshall (Age 43 of Mechanicsville) was apprehended by Deputy Eva Snyder for Theft under $100.00. Suspect Marshall was caught stealing from a California grocery store. A search incident to that arrested revealed a crack cocaine smoking device along with illegal prescription drugs, to include percocet and methadone.
