LEONARDTOWN, Md. - On Tuesday, March 6, detectives from the St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) arrested the final suspect in the December 28, 2006 armed robbery of the Checker's Restaurant in California, Md. Jerry Tyrone Everette, 21, from Callaway, Md. was charged with Armed Robbery, Theft and 1st Degree Assault.
He is currently incarcerated at the St. Mary's County Detention Center.
