LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Dennis Anthony Gingles (Age 40 of Lexington Park) was stopped by Deputy Kevin Meyer for a traffic violation. Deputy Meyer found that the operator of the vehicle was in possession of fraudulent identity. He was positively identified as Suspect Gingles and arrested for driving while suspended. A search revealed crack cocaine and related smoking devices as well as illegally obtained credit cards. Deputy Meyer continued to investigate and finding that Suspect Gingles had obtained, with help of a third party, his brother's information. He then utilized that information and presented himself as his brother, how is currently incarcerated in Jessup's Department of Corrections. Additional charges and at least one additional arrest are possible, pending a Grand Jury review.
Chernor Bundu (Age 33 Lexington Park) was arrested through an open warrant from Calvert County District Court for Failure to Appear. The arrest was made by Deputy Kevin Meyer.
Alexander Holley Gough (Age 47 of California, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Charles Earle for Failure to Appear on a Child Support hearing.
Kimberly Ann Gordon (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Corporal Cara D. Grumbles for Failure to Appear.
Deputy Michael Peacher arrested Curtis Jerome Mason (Age 33 of Lexington Park) for three (3) open warrants. All were related to Failing to Appear in court, two of which were Child Support Orders.
Rose Bernice Knott (Age 54 of Loveville) was arrested by Deputy James Fontana for an open warrant in connection with Trespassing.
Brett Andrew Hudson (Age 18 of Avenue) was arrested on an open warrant for Failure to Appear in the District Court related to a CDS Possession charge. Deputy Angela Muller was the arresting Deputy.
Debbie Frances Pace (Age 46 of Lexington Park) was arrested for an open warrant for passing a Worthless Check. The arrest was made by Deputy Angela Muller.
Christina Marie Smith (Age 36 of Callaway) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Joseph LaBrack.
ARRESTS FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED:
Christina Danielle Bolden (Age 22 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Michael George.
Dionisia Futoran Malong (Age 42 of Annapolis, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Michael George.
Kayla Lynn Shlemon-Jordan (Age 23 of Leonardtown) was arrested by Deputy John Logalbo for operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. Drug Recognition Expert Master Patrol Officer Scott Kaiser of Greenbelt City Police assisted in the arrest.
