LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
On 02/26/07 Deputy Anthony Whipkey arrested Patricia Josephineo Fuscellero (Age 42 of Mechanicsville) for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
On 02/23/07 Deputy Douglas Harris arrested Bernard Frederick Countiss (Age 50 of Mechanicsville) for Violation of a Protective Order.
On 02/25/07 Deputy Emory Johnson arrested Daniel Joseph Moore (Age 21 of N.A.S. Patuxent River) for Exposing Himself and Urinating in the parking clearly in the view of citizens. This took place in the area of MacArthur Blvd. While making this arrest Deputy Johnson was approached by Branden Lee Adams (Age 24 of N.A.S. Patuxent River) who attempted to interfere with the arrest. After failing to follow instructions from Deputy Johnson to leave the area Adams was also arrested and charged with Obstructing and Hindering an Officer in the performance of his Lawful Duty.
On 02/24/07 Deputy Martin Mumper arrested Michael Darnel Thompson (Age 43 of Mechanicsville) for Theft.
On 02/23/07 Deputy Martin Mumper arrested Shelly Denise Kane (Age 30 of Leonardtown) for Theft.
On 02/24/07 Deputy Harold Young arrested Vicki Marie Curtis (Age 29 of Lexington Park) for Prostitution.
On 02/25/07 Deputy Jason Graves arrested Michael Anthony Magruder (Age 33 of Charlotte Hall) for Non-Payment of Child Support.
On 02/23/07 Deputy Sarah Lacey arrested Larry Edward Sams,Jr. (Age 35 of Mechanicville) on a Warrant for Burglary in the 2nd Degree issued by the District Court of St.Mary's County.
On 02/25/07 Deputy Christopher Byrd arrested Brian Douglas Corbin (Age 28 of Lexington Park) for Violation of a Protective Order.
On 02/24/07 Deputy Angela Muller arrested Rachel Leanne Hardy (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
On 02/25/07 Deputy Harold Young arrested Shannyn Elizabeth Dulemba (Age 23 of California on a Bench Warrant for Theft issued by the District Court of St.Mary's County.
On 02/24/07 Deputy Jason Graves arrested James Phillip BellFlower (Age 45 of Mechanicsville) of Escape when he failed to return to the St.Mary's County Detention Center after Work Release.
On 02/24/07 Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach arrested Jacob Lamaule Burch (Age 23 of Waldorf) on an Indictment issued by the Circuit Court of St.Mary's County for Unlawfully Transporting a Handgun and Possession of Marijuana.
On 02/22/07 Deputy Charles Earle arrested Terrance Darnell English (Age 23 of Lexington Park) on a Warrant for Theft issued by the District Court of St.Mary's County.
On 02/21/07 Deputy Randall Wood arrested Taiwan Jabbar Sadler (Age 31 of Temple Hills) on an Indictment issued by the Circuit Court of St.Mary's County for Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
On 02/23/07 Deputy Patrick Handy arrested Eric Eugene Butler (Age 26 of Prince Frederick) for Non-Payment of Child Support.
On 02/23/07 Deputy Keith Moritz arrested Jessie Marie Russell (Age 23 of Lexington Park) on a Warrant for Theft issued by the District Court of St.Mary's County.
