PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Calvert County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
CDS VIOLATIONS: On February 6 at 11:17 p.m. Dep. John Harms was on routine patrol in the area of Driftwood Beach in Lusby. He made contact with the occupants of a vehicle that did not have a sticker for access to the beach. A sixteen year old male and two adult male occupants of the vehicle were found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Harms arrested Francis D. Holt, 19 of Lexington Park, Kevalyer T. West, 19 of Great Mills and the 16 year old, also of Great Mills and charged them all with possession of marijuana. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent.
CDS VIOLATIONS: Cpl. Anthony Moschetto arrested Vincent E. Hurley, 56 and Andre White, 39 both of Prince Frederick and charged them with possession of cocaine after he stopped the vehicle Hurley was operating for a traffic violation. Cpl. Kenneth Gregory's narcotic K-9 alerted on the drug in the vehicle. The drug arrest occurred on February 9 at 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the 7-11 Convenience Store on Church Street in Prince Frederick.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A "For Sale" sign was stolen out of a yard on Golden West Way in Lusby on February 12. The Century 21 sign was discovered missing at 12:24 p.m. Dep. Harms will continue the investigation.
THEFT: DFC Richard Wilson charged Suzanne B. Phillips, 37 and Joseph C. Gough 46, both of Prince Frederick, with theft on a criminal citation after he discovered them walking along Md. Rt. 231 and Mason Road in Prince Frederick on Feburary 12 pushing a Safeway grocery cart. An employee of Safeway responded and took custody of the stolen cart.
