LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

Brian Michael Davis (Age 18 of Callaway Md.) was charged on a Circuit Court Criminal Summons for Robbery. The charges were filed through a Grand Jury Indictment.
Joseph Leroy Knott (Age 21 of Lexington Park) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Assault by Corporal Christopher L. Morley. Suspect Knott punched, choked and kicked the undisclosed victim.
Deputy Sarah Lacey arrested Benard Francis Sherry (Age 30 of Mechanicsville) for Driving While Intoxicated. A search incident to that arrested revealed marijuana and a related smoking device.
Angel Yolanda Saunders (Age 20 of Chesapeake, Virginia) was arrested by Deputy Michael George for Driving While Suspended. A search incident to that arrest revealed a quantity of cocaine.
Tony Andrea Johnson (Age 41 of Hughesville, Md.) was arrested by Deputy Anthony Whipkey for Failure to Appear in the District Court of St. Mary's County and the Circuit Court in Calvert County.
Anthony Martise Barnes (Age 26 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Milton Pesante for Failure to Appear on a Probation Violation. The original charge was First Degree Arson.
James Eric Barnes (Age 35 of Lexington Park) was arrested on an open warrant in the District Court. The warrant was for Failure to Appear on Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Justice and Assault Second Degree charges. The arrest was made by Deputy Charles Earle.
