LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Deputy William Watters responded to a Lexington Park residence for the reported Violation of a Peace Order. His investigation revealed that the Suspect, Robert Earl Williams (Age 42 of Lexington Park) had violated the terms of a Court Ordered Protection document and was arrested.
Diane Michelle Hall (Age 40 of Leonardtown) was charged by Deputy Wayne Milam through a Criminal Summons, for Telephone Misuse and Theft over $500.00.
Deputy Milton Pesante conducted a vehicle stop on Piney Point Road, in Piney Point, for a traffic violation. He made contact with the operator of the vehicle and detected an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the inside of the vehicle. Several baggies of marijuana and a smoking device were recovered. Michael Scott Wilhelm (Age 19 of Leonardtown) and Suspect Matthew Scott Mora (Age 19 of California, Md) were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and the related Paraphernalia.
Twain Balifonite Harrod (Age 50 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy Jaime Reithmeyer for Failure to Pay Child Support.
Deputy Todd Fleenor responded to a California residence for a reported domestic assault. His investigation revealed that Suspect Charles Sterling Schrock and his live in girlfriend had been involved in a verbal altercation at a local establishment. Upon returning home the dispute turned physical and Suspect Schrock slapped the victim in the face several times. A child in the home attempted to come to the victim's aid, armed with a stick. The stick was taken by the Suspect and he struck the victim in the forearm, causing a laceration. The victim was treated on the scene by medical personnel and Suspect Schrock was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree.
Corporal Michael Butler arrested a 17 year old female juvenile for theft. The juvenile, an employee of a California business, had been checking out persons she was familiar with, without charging them for items. The total loss to the company was $385.00. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent to await a hearing in the juvenile court. Additional arrest(s) are pending as the investigation continues.
