St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

Sheriff's Office Deputy Timothy White responded to a call for a domestic disturbance at a Lexington Park residence. Once on the scene he observed the victim suffering from a lacerated lip and swelling to the back of her head. Suspect Charles Cornelius Butler (Age 32 of Lexington Park) was arrested for the Second Degree Assault.

Martell Deonta Dickerson (Age 20 of Great Mills) was charged by Deputy Michael George on a Criminal Summons for Second Degree Assault. Suspect Dickerson struck the female victim, in the face, with a closed fist.

Deputy Ronald Maloy arrested Edwina Denise Fenwick (Age 44 of Park Hall) for an open warrant through Calvert County. Suspect Fenwick was charged with Motor Vehicle Theft, Theft over $500.00 and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Suspect Tina JoAnne Stacey (Age 35 of No Fixed Address) was arrested by Deputy Joseph LaBrack for Violation of a Protective Order.

Talmadge Jay Jones (Age 34 of No Fixed) was charged by Deputy Joseph LaBrack for theft under $100.00. Suspect Jones entered a Lexington Park grocery store and stole more than $55.00 worth of meat.

Deputies Patrick Handy and Shawn Moses were on patrol in a Lexington Park neighborhood and conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. While conducting the suspicious activity investigation it was determined that Suspect Anthony Leon Brooks (Age 25 of Lexington Park) had placed a baggy of suspected cocaine under the windshield wiper of the vehicle. Additional Crack Cocaine was located secreted on the Suspect's person.

Charles Ray McElhaney (Age 22 of tall Timbers) was located in a vehicle with a female by Deputy William Rishel. Deputy Rishel was dispatched to the area to "check the welfare" of the vehicle. As he interviewed the two parties, he was advised of a Crack Cocaine smoking device on the person of Suspect McElhaney.

Deputy David Goff responded to the reported domestic dispute at a Lexington Park residence. Once on the scene Deputy Goff summonsed an ambulance for the victim for a head injury. It was determined that the victim was struck in the back of the head with a porcelain figurine. The Suspect, Amos Samuel Milburn Jr. (Age 27 of Lexington Park) had fled the scene. Deputy Goff applied for and received charges through a Criminal Summons for Second Degree Assault and served them on Suspect Milburn.

Zachary Seth Manley (Age 21 of Mechanicsville) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Second Degree Assault. Deputy Jason Maletto served the Criminal Summons that stated the Suspect assaulted the victim during a verbal dispute.

Deputy Timothy Reese responded to a Lexington Park residence for the reported Violation of a Protective Order. He determined that Suspect Michael Wade Blackistone (age 24 of Lexington Park) had in fact failed to honor the orders of the District Court Judge. Suspect Blackistone was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputy Shaun Carberry located Suspect Robin Alana Thompson (Age 37 of Tall Timbers) and arrested her for Motor Vehicle Theft. The arrest was based on a warrant that was issued by the District Court.

Deputy Michael Harrison arrested Shannyn Elizabeth Dulemba (Age 23 of California, Md) on an open warrant for Failure to Appear.

Charles Scott Moy Jr. (age 26 of Mechanicsville) was arrested by Deputy Douglas Harris on open warrant for Failure to Appear.

Joshua Michael McGee (Age 19 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Sarah Lacey.

Alfonso Gasnarez (age 24 of No Fixed Address) was arrested by Deputy Jason Maletto Rape Second Degree. The original investigation was handled by Detective Clayton Safford.

Daniel Bernard Underwood (Age 48 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy David Goff for Failure to Appear.

Carl Dodges Jr. (Age 73 of No Fixed Address) was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Failure to Appear.

Deputy James Stone arrested Adam Keith Smith (Age 38 of Lexington Park) for Failure to Appear.

James Calvin Morgan (Age 42 of Great Mills) was arrested by Deputy William Rishel for Violation of Probation.

Timothy Wayne Baber (Age 42 of Chaptico, Md) was arrested for Violation of Probation. Deputy Shaun Carberry.

Amy Marie Lambert (Age 30 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Kevin Meyer.
