PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
POSSESSION OF COCAINE/MARIJUANA: On 1-11, a criminal summons for possession of cocaine, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia was served on Victoria Leigh Price, 22, of Prince Frederick, by TFC Whipp. The suspected drugs and CDS paraphernalia were seized during the investigation of a single-vehicle accident on 1-3, 3:30 AM, on Cambridge Pl., Prince Frederick, involving Ms. Price. After signing the summons, Ms. Price was released pending her court date.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY/POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1-12, 11:50 PM, TFC Brooks was at a residence in the area of Lake Drive and Barreda Blvd., Lusby, serving a criminal summons. As he was about to enter his vehicle, he observed a vehicle drive by a house on Barreda Blvd. and shoot it numerous times with a paintgun. TFC Brooks pursued the vehicle and stopped it on Rousby Hall Rd. Two paintguns were recovered from the vehicle. Arrested at that time for destruction of property (-$500) were Matthew David Griffiths, 21, of Lusby, Blake Charles Edington, 18, of Lusby, and a 17-year-old male, of Lusby. The juvenile was also charged with possession of marijuana, after a baggie of suspected marijuana was discovered. He was released to a parent after processing. Mr. Griffiths and Mr. Edington were transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On 1-15, approximately 10:50 PM, an unknown culprit used a BB gun and damaged a window to a residence on Thunderbird Dr., Lusby. TFC Brooks is handling the investigation.
TRESPASSING: On 1-16, 11:00 PM, TFC Brooks responded to the Lusby FaStop for a trespassing complaint. Investigation revealed that a 17-year-old male, of Lusby, had been told by numerous persons to stay off the property. He was placed under arrest for trespassing and later released to a parent.
