LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Sheriff's Office Deputy Sarah Lacey located Suspect Lerrell Eric Carey (Age 19 of Lexington Park) and arrested him for Escape. Suspect Carey was ordered by the Judge of the District Court to turn himself in to begin serving his sentence and failed to do so. His sentence was five (5) weekends in the St. Mary's County Detention Center.
Deputy Patrick Handy arrested a 15 year old Lexington Park female who was apprehended at a California, Maryland business for theft. The juvenile suspect stole nearly $150.00 worth of music compact discs. All of the property was located and returned to the store. The juvenile was arrested, processed and released to a guardian to await a hearing in the Juvenile Court.
Crystal Dawn Faulstich (Age 22 of Hollywood) was arrested by Deputy Keith Mortiz for theft. Suspect Faulstich stole the victim's Independence Card and made an estimated $1,500.00 worth of purchases. Upon her arrested, Suspect Faulstich was found to be in possession of marijuana and a related smoking device.
LaToya Shawnta Jordan (Age 23 of Leonrdtown) was arrested by Deputy Shaun Carberry for Failing to Appear after passing a worthless check.
Donald Eugene Smith (Age 39 of Leonardtown) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Charles Earle.
