ANNAPOLIS - On January 3, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. announced that the Board of Public Works approved $146,500 in Program Open Space funds for Popes Creek Rail Trail. The funds will be used to acquire 41 acres of the abandoned Popes Creek Rail Line in Charles County.
