St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

James Russell Watkins (Age 33 of Charlotte Hall) was arrested by Deputy Martin Mumper for an open warrant through Worchester County, Maryland related to a Violation of Probation.

Izella Edgar Bush (Age 38 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy David Yingling for Violation of Probation.

Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach arrested Stephen Wayne Good Jr. (Age 35 of Laplata, Maryland) for an outstanding warrant through the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County. The warrant was Child Support-Failure to Comply.

Deputy Jaime Reithmeyer charged Marcus Devon Shorter (Age 19 of Ridge, Maryland) through a Criminal Summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Laura Lea Chikes (Age 21 of Hollywood, Maryland) was arrested for Failure to Appear by Deputy Martin Mumper.

Theodore Eustance Kotowski (Age 46 of Abell, Maryland) was arrested through a St. Mary's County District Court warrant for Assault Second Degree. The arresting Officer was Deputy Zorana Sipos.

Deputy Sarah Lacey arrested Mark Alphonso Holt (Age 22 of Lexington Park) for Failing to Appear in the District Court.

James Francis Darnell Butler (Age 44 of Lexington Park) was located and arrested by Deputy Sarah Lacey on an open Violation of Probation warrant.

Deputy Shawn Moses arrested Jessica Denise Dorsey (Age 21 of Lexington Park) through an open District Court of St. Mary's County warrant for Failure to Appear.

Marshall Louis Rothwell (Age 45 of Lexington Park) was served with a warrant by Deputy David Goff for Violation of Probation.

Deputy Martin Mumper arrested William Samuel Honig (Age 25 of Barstow, Maryland) for three (3) separate warrants, all related to Failure to Appear.

Jamie Lynn Honig (Age 24 of Bartow, Maryland) was arrested on an outstanding warrants related to both Theft and Forgery offenses. The arresting officer was Deputy Martin Mumper.
