LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Sheriff's Office Deputy Joseph Labrack arrested a 17 year old juvenile male who had stolen several items from a Lexington Park grocery store. The juvenile provided the Deputy with false personal information to conceal his identity. He was processed and release to a parent.
Tercell Javon Blackiston (Age 18 of Leonardtown) was arrested during a traffic stop by Deputy David Corcoran. Suspect Blackiston's Maryland driver's license was suspended. A search incident to arrest revealed a crack cocaine smoking device and a quantity of marijuana.
Deputy James Stone located and arrested Marvin Tyrone Love (Age 41 of Mechanicsville) on an outstanding warrant through Montgomery County, Maryland. The warrant was related to a Telephone Misuse offense.
Joseph Allen Stillwell (Age 29 of Annapolis, Maryland) was charged with two (2) counts of Violation of Probation. The arresting officer was Deputy Jason Maletto.
Deputy Jason Maletto arrested Daryl Clinton White (Age 25 of Lexington Park) for Failure to Appear in the Circuit Court on a Child Support matter.
Shell Rena Jackson (Age 44 of California, Maryland) was arrested on an open warrant by Deputy David Goff for passing a worthless check.
Deputy David Corcoran arrested Joseph Martin Blankenship (Age 21 of Solomon's Island, Maryland) for an outstanding warrant through the District Court of St. Mary's County. The warrant charged two (2) counts of Theft.
Kevin Benjamin Berry (Age 19 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Douglas Harris for a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana.
Deputy Marci Faulkner arrested Patrick Allen Churchwell (Age 20 of Great Mills) Failure to Appear in the District Court for St. Mary's County, Maryland.
Riley Pharen Bosworth (Age 20 of Lexington Park) was arrested by Deputy Jason Maletto for Failure to Appear in the District Court for St. Mary's County.
Deputy Joseph Somerville located Rebecca James and arrested her on an open warrant. The warrant was related to Suspect James more than $500.00 worth of electronics from BJ's Wholesale Company.
