PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
BURGLARY: On 11-13, between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM, an unknown culprit forcibly entered a residence on Brian’s Way, Lusby, and removed a MP3 iPod with speaker/charger stand, an antique pocket watch, and two silver watches. TFC Brooks is handling the investigation.
THEFT: On 11-16, between 6:50 AM and 11:30 AM, an unknown culprit forcibly entered a vehicle parked at Huntingtown High School and removed a German capacitor with colored writing and a dragon decal, a MTX amp, and an Infinity subwoofer. TPR Thompson is handling the investigation.
POSSESSION OF COCAINE/MARIJUANA: On 11-20, 12:17 AM, H. G. Trueman Rd., Lusby, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Carlo Tige Hurley, 32, of Owings, was subsequently arrested for DUI. Incident to arrest, a search of Mr. Hurley’s person produced crack-cocaine, marijuana, and a CDS smoking device. He was then additionally charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 11-21, 3:24 AM, Rt. 2/4, Huntingtown, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A consent search was obtained and suspected marijuana was located. At that time, Willie Anthony Forrest, 35, of Baltimore, was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana, CDS paraphernalia, and DUI. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
