LA PLATA, Md. (NOVEMBER 16, 2006, 4:20 P.M.) - The Charles County Department of Emergency Services reported at 4:20 p.m. today that the following roads are closed in the La Plata/Port Tobacco area due to flooding:
- Turkey Hill Road at Dower Farm Road
- Springhill-Newtown Road
- Valley Road
- Rose Hill Road
