LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Robert Gordon Montgomery, age 38 of Great Mills, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Kevin Meyer for Contributing to the Conditions of a Child. Deputy Meyers investigated a situation in which a 3 year old child arrived at a neighbor's home at 3:30 am unattended.
Bernard Eugene Hutching, age 48 of Leonardtown, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy David Corcoran for Possession of Marijuana and related paraphernalia.
Mary Louise Wathen, age 47 of Leonardtown, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Shawn Moses for Assault in the Second Degree.
George Harrison Bowles, age 45 of Leonardtown, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Shawn Moses related to a Second Degree Assault.
Jermaine Thadious Hollingsworth, age 19 of Lexington Park, was arrested for Property Destruction over $500.00. After responding to a burglar alarm at a Park Hall store, Deputy Marci Faulkner was able to determine that the intoxicated suspect was responsible for smashing the glass front door.
James Darrell Scott, age 37 of No Fixed Address, was arrested by Deputy Kevin Meyer on an outstanding warrant for Failing to Appear in the District Court.
