LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Deputy David M. Yingling responded to a California, Maryland hotel for the reported domestic assault. Upon arrival he found the victim, Emma Maria Gilliam claiming that she had been assaulted. She stated that when she entered the hotel room, her boyfriend (Suspect Eric Javon Thomas Age 26) was intoxicated. A verbal altercation ensured which led to the Suspect grabbing her by the throat. Her version of the events were confirmed by a witness. Suspect Thomas was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree.
Michael Stanley Oliver Jr., age 26 of Pocokoe, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy James Maguire for Failure to Appear in the District Court of Calvert County.
Deputy William Watters served a Criminal Summons on Suspect Cherri Norris Delavergne, age 42 of Port Republic, Md. The charges stemmed from a reported forgery and identity theft case.
Donald Blair Bowman, age 25 of Hughesville, Maryland, was arrested on an outstanding District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear. The arresting Deputy was Deputy David Cowan.
Deborah Ann Barnaby, age 41 of California, Maryland, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Mark A. Porter for a Violation of a Protective Order.
Christopher Curt Parish, age 34 of Waldorf, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy Eric Walker for Possession of Cocaine and related paraphernalia.
Charlie Phelps, age 29 of Clinton, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy Jason Graves for Possession of Marijuana, and Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage while Operating a Motor Vehicle.
Ronald Calvin Berry Sr., age 48 of Valley Lee, Maryland, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment citing multiple charges to include burglary and felony theft. Deputy Jamie Reithmeyer was the arresting Deputy.
William Theodore Kasper, age 40 of Lexington Park, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for two (2) counts of burglary and felony theft. The arresting Officer was Deputy Jaime Reithmeyer.
Terrence Llewelyn Mason, age 42 of Morganza, Maryland, was arrested on an open warrant for both misdemeanor and felony possession of cocaine. The arresting Officer was Deputy Eva Snyder.
Arlan Llave Knowlton, age 30 of Great Mills, was arrested by Deputy Jaime Reithmeyer for Failing to Appear in the District Court.
Joseph Aloysisus Toney, age 25 of California, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy William Watters for numerous counts of felony and misdemeanor cocaine charges.
Kelvin Jones Fuller Jr., age 24 of Avenue, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Failure to Pay Child Support.
Terris Terrell Luckett Sr., age 38 of Fort Washington, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy David Corcoran for Failure to Pay Child Support.
Kathie Jo Peters, age 28 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Shawn Moses for the charge of Assault Second Degree. A domestic dispute occurred and the Suspect struck the Victim with a closed fist and spit in his face.
Joseph Wayne McFadgen Jr., age 18 of Indian Head, Maryland, was arrested on an open warrant for Possession of Marijuana by Deputy Harold D. Young.St
