LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.
Sandra Louise Birch, age 34 of St. Inigoes, was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy William Rishel for passing a Bad Check. The worthless check was valued at $40.00.
Adam Duncan Ramey, age 21 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Jason Maletto on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.
David McMillan, age 48 of Lexington Park, was arrested for an open St. Mary's County Circuit Court Indictment. The indictment charged Sexual Assault, Forth Degree Sexual Offense and Second Degree Assault. The arresting Deputy was Deputy William Rishel.
Sean Marino Goins, age 25 of Leonardtown, was arrested by Deputy William Rishel for First Degree Burglary, Theft and Property Destruction. The investigating Deputy was Corporal Gene Hill.
Ellis Loren Heckler, age 43 of Waldorf, was arrested by Deputy Timothy White for an outstanding warrant related to Failure to Pay Child Support.
William Lewis Lawrence Sr., age 42 of Lexington Park, was arrested through two (2) open warrants related to Failure to Pay Child Support.
While on Patrol Deputy William Watters conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was being operated by Charles Henry Hall III, age 29 of Lexington Park. An odor of burnt marijuana was detected and it was discovered that the Suspect had been smoking a marijuana "blunt." A further search revealed approximately $3,000.00 worth of marijuana and nearly $2,000.00 in cash.
