St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today announced the following incidents and arrests.

Kodi Tevon Robinson, age 25 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputies Keith Moritz and Kevin Meyer for Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Trespass and False Statement to a Police Officer. Deputy Moritz responded to a domestic dispute and Suspect Robinson was escorted off the property and ordered not to return. Suspect Robinson did return and he gave false information. He was later positively identified.

Ernest Allen Harris, age 46 of Suitland, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy Shawn Carberry for an outstanding Prince George's County warrant.

David Joseph LaPin, age 46 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Jay Kirkner for Telephone Misuse. The charges come from repeated calls to a private home after being told to cease.

James Mark Kimble, age 20 of Mechanicsville, was arrested and served with a St. Mary's County Circuit Court Indictment for Assault in the First Degree. The arrest was made by Deputy Kevin Somerville.

Dennis Dee Guss Jr., age 37 of Waldorf, Maryland, was arrested by Deputy Michael George for three (3) outstanding Bench Warrants. One for Child Support and the other two for Failure to Appear.

Thomas William Foyle II, age 25 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Joseph Somerville on an open warrant for Escape. Suspect Foyle failed to return to the Detention Center after being Court Ordered to do so.
