St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today announced the following arrests that were executed on October 16th, 2006.

Gary Michael Taylor-Age 51 of Lexington Park was served a Criminal Summons by Deputy Michael George for Second Degree Assault.

Joseph Darnell Williams-Age 44 of Lexington Park was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Keith Moritz with one (1) count of Second Degree Assault.

Cynthia Mae Fenwick-Age 48 of No Fixed Address was served a Criminal Summons for passing a worthless check. The value of the check was $34.13. Deputy Keith Moritz was the charging Deputy.

Samuel Robert Simmons-Age 24 of Ridge, Maryland was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Keith Moritz with passing a bad check. The check was valued at $10.58.

Walter Raymond Hairsten Jr.-Age 50 was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Comply with a Peace Order. Deputy Randall Wood was the arresting Deputy.

Joseph Henry Guyett-Age 44 of Forestville, Maryland was arrested on an open warrant for two (2) counts of Failure to Comply with a Peace Order. The arresting Deputy was Kevin Meyer.

Edward Joseph Gardner-Age 19 of Fort Myers, Florida was arrested on an open warrant for Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft under $500.00 and Theft over $500.00. The arresting Deputy was Deputy William Rishel.

Kimberly Mary Ellen Smith-Age 25 of No Fixed Address was arrested by Deputy Patrick Handy on a District Court Warrant. The warrant was fro Theft over $500.00.

Stephen Dale Nolan-Age 21 of Leonardtown was arrested by Deputy Charles Earle for Second Degree Assault and Violation of a Protective Order.

Charles Anthony Gegor-Age 29 of Hollywood, Maryland was arrested by Deputy Mark A. Porter for an open warrant. The warrant was related to numerous counts of credit card fraud.

Thomas William Foyle II-Age 25 of Lexington Park was arrested on an open warrant for First Degree Escape. Deputy William Kile was the arresting Officer.

David Jerome Woodland-Age 39 of Mechanicsville was arrested by Deputy John Logalbo through an open District Court warrant. The warrant charged Suspect Woodland with Violation of Probation, Motor Vehicle Theft, Theft over $500 and Second Degree Assault.
