St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports. The incidents occurred between the dates of October 13th through 15th, 2006.

Kiva Trinette Keemer-Age 26 of Lexington Park was arrested by Deputy Patrick Handy. Suspect Keemer was involved in a domestic dispute with her live-in boyfriend, when she assaulted him leaving visible signs of injury.

Catherine Marie Sullivan-Age 45 of Mechanicsville was arrested on a variety of charges to include Burglary First and Third Degree, Theft Scheme over $500.00, Theft under $500.00 (Eight (8) Counts) and Theft under $100.00 (Nine (9) Counts). The investigation was conducted by Deputy David Cowan and stemmed from a burglary to a Mechanicsville home. Deputy Sarah Lacey was the arresting Deputy.

Sandra Darlene Jenkins-Age 46 of Lexington Park was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Timothy Reese for passing a worthless check. The check was valued at $38.31.

Pamela Marlene Simmons-Age 40 of Mechanicsville was charged on a Criminal Summons for passing a bad check. The value of the check was $125.50. The charging Officer was Deputy Charles Dodson.

Mary Ann Wood (Age 72) and Noel Temple Wood (Age 74) both of Tall Timbers, Maryland were charged on a Criminal Summons for Violation of a Peace Order and Harassment. Deputy Sarah Lacey was the charging Deputy.

Perry Dwight Brown-Age 42 of Park Hall was arrested on an outstanding Grand Jury Indictment by Deputy Patrick Handy. The investigation was conducted by Detective Clayton Safford of the St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI). The Indictment charges include two (2) counts of Felony Burglary and two (2) counts of felony theft.

Lora Jean Wright-Age 23 of Great Mills was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Keith Moritz for theft under $500.00. Deputy Moritz was the investigating Officer and determined that Suspect Wright was stealing from her employer.

David James Clay-Age 28 of Lexington Park was arrested for Violation of a Protective Order. The charging Officer was Deputy Michael Harrison.

Herbert Goodhue Lord-Age 38 of Leonardtown was arrested by Deputy Jason Graves for Violation of a Protective Order.

Asia Marie Williams-Age 18 of Mechanicsville was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy James Maguire for Theft under $100.00. Suspect Williams did steal food from a Charlotte Hall grocery store.

Dandre La Mar Savoy-Age 22 of Indian Head, Maryland was arrested in a Lexington Park neighborhood for Disorderly Conduct. He was shouting profanities in the parking lot area and was located and charged by Deputy Jason Graves.

Carmen Dalila Christian-Age 44 of Dameron, Maryland was charged on a Criminal Summons by Deputy Jason Graves for stealing electricity from the Southern Maryland Electric Company.

Anthony Martise Barnes-Age 26 was arrested by Deputy Sarah Lacey for Violation of Probation.

Greg Lee Callaway-Age 49 of Callaway, Maryland was arrested for a Violation of a Protective Order. The arresting officer was Deputy J. Kirkner.

Kermit Lawrence Legg-Age 60 of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was arrested for Failure to Appear through the District Court of Allegany County, Maryland. Deputy William Kile was the arresting Deputy.

John Lewis Whittenburg-Age 55 of Alexandria, Virginia was arrested by Deputy James Fontana for Failure to Appear in the Chesterfield County Court (Virginia) for a Driving While Intoxicated Charge.

Heather Nicole Young-Age 22 of California, Maryland was arrested for Failure to Appear in the District Court for St. Mary's County. The arresting Officer was Deputy Sergeant Philip Joseph.

Eric John Manning-Age 26 of Mechanicsville was arrested on an open warrant for Assault Second Degree and Violation of a Protective Order. The arresting Officer was Deputy Patrick Handy.

James Calvin Morgan-Age 42 of Lexington Park was arrested by Deputy James Maguire for Violation of Probation.

Wendell Lavon Blackiston-Age 19 of Leonardtown was arrested on an open warrant for Property Destruction and Reckless Endangerment. Deputy Harold Young was the arresting Deputy.

Robert Michael Bennett-Age 41 of Jacksonville, Florida was arrested for Failure to Pay Child Support. Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach was the arresting Deputy.

William Theodore Kasper-Age 40 of Lexington Park was arrested on an open warrant for Felony Burglary, Felony Theft and Destruction of Property. The arresting Officer was Deputy Sarah Lacey.
