St. Mary's Receives Six New Deputy Sheriffs


LEONARDTOWN, MD -- The Office of the Sheriff of St. Mary's County announced that six new deputy sheriff's were sworn in on October 3rd, 2006 by Clerk of the Court Evelyn Arnold. The officers will have completed six months of training from the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy. They are scheduled to graduate on Friday, October 13th, 2006.

The new Deputy Sheriffs are Jamie L. Reithmeyer, Joseph T. Labrack, Timothy D. White, William A. Watters, Martin A.L. Mumper, and Douglas M. Harris.
