MSP Reports for Calvert County


MDOP: On 8-27, 2:30 AM, TFC Johns responded to Jake & Al’s Chophouse, Town Sq. Dr., Lusby, for a malicious destruction of property complaint. Investigation revealed that Albert Nathanial Vannoy, 22, of Lexington Park, purposely ran through the plate glass entrance door, destroying it. He was placed under arrest at that time for MDOP (-$500) and disorderly intoxication. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA/HEROIN: On 8-28, 12:17 PM, Rt. 2/4, Prince Frederick, TFC Bowling stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Dean Thomas Walker, 27, of Friendship, was found to be driving on a suspended license. Incident to arrest, suspected marijuana, heroin, and CDS paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Mr. Walker was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana, heroin, and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
