LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Aug. 21, 2006)The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.
DWI: On August 19th, 2006 Sheriff's Office Deputy Joseph L. Somerville Jr. conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the Hollywood area. The operator, Tamara Jean Bailey (Age 44 of Hollywood, Md.) displayed outward signs of intoxication. Suspect Bailey failed all of the roadside sobriety tests and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
DWI: On August 20th, 2006, Deputy Marci Faulkner conducted a vehicle stop in the California, Maryland area of a vehicle being operated by Timothy James Wietzke (Age 23 of Hollywood, Md.). Suspect Wietzke failed all of the roadside tests after Deputy Faulkner detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Suspect Wietzke was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
DWI: On August 20th, 2006 Sheriff's Office Deputy Marci Faulkner stopped a vehicle for speeding and immediately identified the presence of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the operator's breath. The suspect was identified as
[redacted*] (Age 34 of Waldorf, Md.). Suspect [redacted*] failed all of the roadside tests and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

charge. An order of expungement is only granted when the defendant receives a

DWI: On August 19th, 2006, Deputy Kevin Meyer conducted a vehicle stop in the Leonardtown area. The Suspect, Charles Brent Saxon, Jr. (Age 65 of St. Inigoes, Md.) was requested to perform the standard roadside tests after alcohol was detected. Suspect Saxon Jr. failed the roadside tests and was arrested.
