On Monday, August 7, 2003 at 12:19 pm, Tpr. T. Long arrested Joshua David Diehl, 18, of Mechanicsville, on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on a driving while suspended charge. Mr. Diehl was taken to the detention center and held without bail. (EE13584)
On Monday, August 7, 2006 at 3:00 pm, TFC P. Trossbach attempted to stop a motorcycle for a registration violation on Busy Corner Road in Loveville. The driver, Brian Anthony Bowles, 18, of Colton’s Point, failed to stop. TFC Trossbach continued behind the motorcycle. At the intersection of Busy Corner and Route 247, TFC Trossbach pulled beside the motorcycle and instructed the driver to pull over. Mr. Bowles drove off the road and into a field where the motorcycle became disabled. Mr. Bowles was arrested for fleeing and eluding. A check through MVA indicated his license was suspended. Mr. Bowles was charged with fleeing and eluding, driving while suspended, operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and other traffic violations. He was taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
On Monday, August 7, 2006 at 5:20 pm, Tpr K. Shughart served Barbara Louise Hampton, 27, of Prince Frederick, with a summons to appear in court for 12 counts of credit card: theft, forgery, and ID theft. (0Q00034125)
