THEFT: Sometime between 3 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. July 23, suspect(s) stole the front and rear tags from a vehicle in the parking lot of the AMC Loews movie theater located at 11115 Mall Circle in Waldorf. The suspect(s) replaced the stolen tags with other tags that had been reported stolen in Charles and St. Mary's counties.
