On Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 10:45 a.m., Trooper White responded to Duke Harts Creek Road, Coltons Point, for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that a window, on the victim’s vehicle, had been broken out and cash taken. The investigation is continuing. (0682007938)
On Sunday, July 23, 2006 at 10:40 a.m., TFC Nims conducted a routine MVA check on tags displayed on a Honda. MVA indicated the tags belonged on a Ford. The vehicle was stopped on Route 245 at McIntosh in Leonardtown. Further investigation revealed the driver, Paul Lamont Proctor, 42, of Hollywood, was suspended and the tags had been reported stolen. Mr. Proctor was arrested and charged with theft under $100. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review. (0682007970)
