Equipment Stop Nets Drug Arrest


On July 27, 2006, Sdfc. Eric Walker of the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver, Kristina Amber Seidner, age 22 of Great Mills, MD was found to be driving on a suspended license. She was charged with Driving While Suspended. On the passenger door of the vehicle, Dfc. Walker observed a pack of cigarettes with a metal smoking device visible inside the open pack. The passenger, Daphne Ann Dejuliis admitted the smoking device was hers. The smoking device contained suspected marijuana residue.

Daphne Ann Dejuliis, age 37 of Great Mills, MD was charged with possession of CDS Marijuana and Possession of CDS paraphernalia. She is held at the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
