Another Theft from Unlocked Vehicle in Charles Subdivisions


Sometime between 1 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. June 25, suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle in the 4100 block of Clyde Lane in White Plains and stole loose change and the vehicle’s owner’s manual. The suspect(s) then fled the area. This incident is one of many thefts of this type that have occurred in the Robie Manor, Eutaw Forest and Laurel Branch areas recently.

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is urging citizens to lock the doors to their vehicles. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff’s Office at 301-743-2222. Officer J. S. Kelly is investigating.
