Detectives Seeking White Male Suspect in Phipps Murder


Detectives from the St. Mary's Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) are seeking a possible suspect in the murder of Robert "Bobby" Phipps. Mr. Phipps was found dead on the floor of his "Hairtasia" beauty salon in Charlotte Hall yesterday. The Baltimore Medical Examiner recently completed an autopsy and the findings were "blunt force trauma-Homicide".

Currently, Detectives are searching for a white male, 5'7"-5'9" tall, between the ages of 20-30, medium build and medium complexion.
