THEFT: On June 24 at 4:09 p.m., Officer J. Timko of the Charles County Sheriffs Office responded to Spencers Gift Shop at 11110 Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of a shoplifter in custody. Investigation revealed a 16-year-old Upper Marlboro boy concealed a belt buckle in his pocket and attempted to leave the store without paying for it. An employee detained the boy and called police. The boy was charged with theft and released to his mother.
THEFT: On June 22 at 6:12 p.m., Officer J. Timko of the Charles County Sheriffs Office responded to Sears at 11170 Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of two shoplifters in custody. Investigation revealed a 16-year-old Waldorf girl and a 16-year-old Bryans Road girl concealed clothing in a bag and attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Loss prevention personnel detained the girls and called police. The girls were charged with theft and released to guardians.

Investigation revealed two Waldorf girls, ages 14 and 15, concealed clothing in a bag and attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Loss prevention personnel detained the girls and called police. The girls were charged with theft and released to their mothers.
BURGLARY: On June 22 at 6 a.m., Charles County Sheriffs officers responded to Wireless Monster located at 10195 Berry Road in Waldorf for the citizens report of a broken window. Investigation revealed a side window had been shattered and suspect(s) had entered the business and stolen several cellular phones, watches, a T-shirt and the cash register.
