ATTEMPTED STRONG ARM ROBBERY: On June 18 at 8:14 p.m., Charles County Sheriffs officers responded to Lancaster Circle and Bluebird Drive in Waldorf for the report of a fight. Investigation revealed the victim, a 16-year-old Waldorf boy, was riding his bicycle when he was approached by a group of teenagers who demanded the bike. The victim refused to give the teens the bike; they assaulted him and fled the area. The suspects were described only as seven black males and one Hispanic male. The victim received minor injuries and refused medical treatment. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contract the Charles County Sheriffs Office at 301-932-7777. Officer L. STRONG ARM ROBBERY: On June 15 at 9:40 p.m., Officer A. St. Germain was flagged down by the victim, a 40-year-old Waldorf man, who reported he was robbed while on the footpath on Lancaster Circle in Waldorf. Investigation revealed the victim was walking home from work when he was approached by five male suspects. The suspects stole cash from the victim and fled the area. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the suspects. The victim sustained non-life-threatening head and facial injuries. The suspects were described only as five black males.
