Free Events Planned in Charles, Harford and Anne Arundel Counties
Since 1997, when retired State Senator Bernie Fowler challenged Marylands Tributary Teams to use the Sneaker Index to visually assess water quality in their watersheds, June has unofficially become Wade-In Month across Maryland. These family-oriented events feature exhibits and activities to educate and engage participants in topics pertaining to their local watershed. The following free events are taking place this weekend, rain or shine:
