The Charles County Sheriff’s Office served 38 arrest warrants and criminal summons between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. on May 29 during a warrant sweep conducted in the Waldorf area of Charles County. Seventeen officers from the Judicial Services Section, the Community Policing Unit and the Juvenile Intervention Unit, two Correctional Officers, two Maryland State Police troopers and two Police Communication Officers participated in the sweep.
