MSP Reports for St. Mary's: Drug & DUI Arrests


On Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 12:14 am, Tpr. K. Shughart stopped a vehicle for failing to reduce high beams on Oakville Road at Route 235 in Oakville. On approach, an odor of marijuana was detected. The driver was identified as Terrell Wayne Vaughan, 33, of Nanjemoy. The passenger was identified as a 16 year old female. A probable cause search was conducted. Marijuana and a scale were found in their possession. Mr. Vaughan was charged with Possession of CDS Paraphernalia on a criminal summons and released from the scene. The juvenile was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and released to a guardian. (0682005425)
