BURGLARY: On 5-8, TFC Johns responded to St. Leonard Elementary School for a burglary complaint. Investigation revealed that an unknown culprit had forcibly entered a construction trailer and removed 3 power tools and a 4' level.
BURGLARY: On 5-9, between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM, an unknown culprit forcibly entered a residence on Dalrymple Rd., Sunderland, and removed an undisclosed amount of coins and cash. TFC Lass is handling the investigation.
THEFT: During the overnight hours of 5-10, an unknown culprit entered an unlocked vehicle on 3rd St., Chesapeake Beach, and removed a Nextel cellphone and a pool cue in an APA case. TFC Huber is handling the investigation.
THEFT: On 5-11, between 6:00 AM and 8:15 AM, an unknown culprit forcibly entered a vehicle parked at the Community Center on Appeal Ln., Lusby. Stolen property included a beige purse containing money and personal papers. TPR Merkelson is handling the investigation.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5-14, 1:10 AM, TPR Ewig and CPL Gregory, CCSO, responded to the Holiday Inn Express, Prince Frederick, for a CDS complaint. Upon locating the room in question, they detected the odor of suspected marijuana. After entering the room, suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were recovered. Arrested for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were Robert Edmond Connors, II, 34, of Brick, NJ, and Daniel Vincent Peragine, 35, of Salt Lake City, UT. After processing, the two were transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner's hearing.
