On Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 7:35 pm, TFC S. Van Bennekum arrested Dustin Anton Pernell, 22, of Lusby, on two St. Mary’s County warrants and one Calvert County warrant. The St. Mary’s County warrants were for failing to appear in court to answer to 2 counts of driving while suspended and 1 count of possession of CDS. The Calvert County warrant was for violation of probation on a 3rd degree sex offense. Mr. Pernell was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.
