POSSESSION OF CDS: 04/16/06 12:06 a.m. A vehicle traveling southbound on U.S. Rt. 301 in the area of Acton Lane was stopped for the driver not being restrained by his seat belt. The driver, Loren Waszine Jones, 24 years, of Temple Hills, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected PCP, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded handgun. Mr. Jones was subsequently charged with possession of PCP, possession of a concealed deadly weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC J. Edelen conducted this investigation.
POSSESSION OF CDS: 04/16/06 12:00 p.m. A vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. Rt. 301, south of Acton Lane, was stopped for the driver not being restrained by his seat belt. A computer check revealed the driver, William David Forsyth, 31 years, of Waldorf, was wanted through the Charles County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested, and a search incident to arrest revealed suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. Tpr. W.
