St. Mary's County Department of Recreation, Parks and Community Services would like to inform the public that the Great Mills Swimming Pool will be closed for seasonal maintenance from Monday, May 15 to Friday, May 26, 2006. The pool will reopen for normal hours of operation, including the toddler pool, on Saturday, May 27, 2006, at 12:00 p.m.
During this time, the pool's air supported "bubble" structure will be removed, making the pool an outdoor facility. Other seasonal maintenance and staff training will also occur while the pool is closed.
