Colin Keohan to be New St. Mary's Deputy County Attorney


The Board of Commissioners for St. Mary's County has announced that the Commissioners and Mr. Colin Keohan have entered into a contract for his appointment to the position of Deputy County Attorney, effective April 12, 2006.

Mr. Keohan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Fordham University, in 1994. He continued his studies at the University of Maine School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2005.

Mr. Keohan has most recently worked as a Law Clerk for the Federal Election Commission in Washington, D.C. His previous employment includes positions in Government Affairs for the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers in Washington, D.C., from 1995 to 2002, and for the National Democratic Institute in Washington, D.C., from 1994 to 1995.
