POSSESSION OF CDS: 04/07/06 12:35 a.m. A vehicle traveling northbound on Old Washington Road at VFW Road was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver, Donald Lee Carpenter, 52 years, of Accokeek, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Carpenter was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC R. POSSESSION OF CDS: 04/08/06 12:48 a.m. A vehicle was stopped on MD Rt. 925 at Smallwood
Drive for a traffic violation. The driver, Nicholas Troy Rosenbaum, 20 years, of Waldorf, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search of his person revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected marijuana and a scale under the passenger’s seat. The passenger, Dustin James Langley, 21 years, of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Rosenbaum was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC D. POSSESSION OF CDS: 04/08/06 11:59 p.m. A vehicle traveling southbound on Old Washington Road, north of MD Rt. 5, was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, Jason Alexander Headen, 26 years, of Clinton, suspected marijuana flakes were observed on the front of his shirt. A probable cause search was conducted and suspected marijuana, suspected crack cocaine, ecstasy pills and drug paraphernalia were located. Mr. Headen was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine, possession of ecstasy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC R. Lemerise conducted this investigation.

The driver, Wayne Nathanial Wood, 30 years, of Pomfret, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Wood was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC D. The driver, Joseph Dean Ashley, 29 years, of Waldorf, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Ashley was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC R.
