Recently, David M. Yingling was recognized as "Officer of the Quarter" for the Fourth Quarter of 2005. Deputy First Class David M. Yingling is a very dedicated officer that always represents the agency in the best possible light. He handles every investigation with the utmost care and sensitivity which has resulted in a high closure rate. DFC Yingling is a field training officer that takes a great deal of pride in performing his job. He is careful to explain the various tasks to trainees in a manner that is easily understood but not demeaning. DFC Yingling is extremely knowledgeable about criminal and traffic laws. In addition to the collateral duty of a field training officer, DFC Yingling is a hostage negotiator and polygraph examiner.
